You want to …
Leave everything to my spouse, or if I outlive my spouse, to my kids.
▶▶▶
This is the usual option for anyone who is married with children.
Basically your spouse will inherit everything (unless you have specified some particular items). If your spouse is already desceased at the time of your death, then your estate will be split equally between your surviving children.
◀◀◀
Leave everything to just one person or charity.
▶▶▶
This is a quick way to make a will leaving most of your things to one person or a named charity.
◀◀◀
Leave everything split equally to my children.
▶▶▶
If you don't have a surviving spouse, simply select this option to split your estate between your surviving children.
◀◀◀
Divide up my estate using percentages.
▶▶▶
Use this option if you'd like more control over the way your estate is divided up.
For example you may want to leave a quarter of your estate to your brother, and the rest to your darling sister.
Don't use this option if you want to split your estate into thirds, or sixths - use the split by fraction option - see below . . .
◀◀◀
Divide up my estate using fractions.
▶▶▶
Use this option if you'd like more control over the way your estate is divided up.
You really only need to use this option if you want to split your estate into thirds, or sixths, other fractions are more easily handled with percentages.
For example you may want to leave a third of your estate to your brother, and the rest to your sister.
Don't use this option if you want to split your estate into fifths, or tenths - use the split by percentage option.

Extra Features
(select as many or as few as you like):
Nominate a Guardian for your children.
▶▶▶
A Guardian is the person that you nominate to care for your children. Legally a Guardian will only be considered when both parents are dead and the children are minors. Obviously it would be best to get the approval of potential Guardians before you nominate them in your will. And even more obviously you don`t need to nominate Guardians if you don`'t have any children.
◀◀◀
Specify some details about your funeral.
▶▶▶
It's your Funeral!
So you might as well have it just the way you want it.
It's important to note that funerals are often held before the will is read. So you need to let other people know in advance that you have some specific requests.
Ticking this box allows you to make your preferences part of your will.
Alternatively you can save your loved ones a lot of work and distress by organizing your funeral yourself.
◀◀◀
Nominate specific items (or amounts) for specific people.
▶▶▶
What we are calling a gift is simply a item or a sum of money that you want to give to a specific person. For example you might want to leave your collection of pressed flowers to your younger brother. You can group things together to make life easier, for example you could leave your fishing rod and golf clubs to your eldest son - that would be one
gift
